Pride Month is an annual celebration held in June to honour the LGBTQIA+ community, commemorate its history, and advocate for equality and acceptance. It marks the anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Riots in New York City, a pivotal event in the LGBTQIA+ rights movement.

Celebrate Pride Month by encouraging employees to decorate their workspaces with rainbow colours and Pride flags. Organise a lunch-and-learn session with LGBTQ+ speakers or activists, educating employees about the importance of inclusivity. You could also host a casual dress-up day where everyone wears rainbow-themed clothing, with a small donation going towards an LGBTQ+ charity. If possible, provide educational materials about LGBTQ+ rights and issues. To end the month, consider hosting a Pride-themed event, such as a Pride Parade at the office or a virtual celebration for remote teams.

Create unforgettable experiences that everyone will remember with bespoke and unique services including specialist food carts, buffet spreads, live-cooking stations and on-site staff.
