About Nonna Tina's
Nonna Tina's is an Australian owned Italian food startup, based on the story of Concettina Ielo aka Nonna Tina. Nonna Tina was born in 1935 in a Calabrian village in the South of Italy, and was raised by an orphanage after her father passed away when she was quite young.
Nonna Tina married a handsome Italian man by the name of Nonno Tony. They eventually moved to Australia in 1962 where they raised 8 beautiful children. 59 years later, in September of 2021, her grandson Adam created a company in her name and honour, with the intention of carrying on her legacy by putting her pasta sauce recipes inside of a pie.
