1 packet of Boston Bay Mussels, 1 packet bacon, 1 packet of Specially Crafted White Wine Sauce, 1 packet Blue Cheese. 

What you need: A pot, a ladle to cook, pepper, platter or pot to serve, and an empty bowl to discard mussel shells. Recommended with crunchy bread. 

2 Blue Swimmer Crabs (350g approx per piece), 1 packet Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce, 1 packet 6 Mantous (Chinese Steamed Buns), Shallots. 

What you need: To prepare crabs: a sharp knife, absorbent paper, nut/crab cracker (or your hands). Olive oil, salt, pepper, a wok or 30cm pan, tongs & ladle, a large platter to serve. 

4 King Prawns & Seafood Mariana Mix (400g approx), 80g smoked chorizo, 1 packet rice, 1 packet sofrito, 1 packet vegetable stock, 1 lemon, 1 cooking card. 

What you need: Olive oil, salt, pepper, 30cm pan & a ladle for cooking.
