- Food is cooked fresh in front of you
- Approximate even duration: 1 - 2h. With 1hour bump-in/out, extra.
- Cooked onsite packages are now a plated service (no longer served as buffet) and require an extra staff member to serve (to comply with Covid safe event requirements). - Each package includes 2 staff.
- For events over 60ppl we require an additional staff member server/chef at $50 per hr.
Typical event requirements:
- 3 power sockets near the area of service, tables, and access to water/washing facilities.
Crucial requirements (to ensure event success):
- Building access, loading dock, security passes, lift passes and parking must be organised and paid for by the client. We take no responsibility for the event success if one or more requirements are not met.
Please note: Any parking fees associated with the event will be charged to the client. (excluding parking fines).
