Our Head Chef and company owner Eddy was raised in Spain, igniting his passion for Spanish food at a young age. In his late teens, he moved to Germany and started an apprenticeship with a Mexican chef. Eddy has cooked Mexican and Spanish cuisine ever since, with a career spanning 20 years. He has travelled the world tasting tacos and paella in every country he’s visited, constantly improving his own ideas and recipes as he goes. At Dos Amigos catering our passion for good food is real.
